Demonstration of IPSEC VNF on AWS Gov cloud

Successfully developed, deployed a IPSEC VNF with a black side Inner working Function (IWF) to multiple remote sites and AWS Govt Cloud EC2 instances - providing dramatic acceleration and latency reduction for customer secure network links.
